an M.P. and antiquarian. He succeeded his father as second baronet in 1825.

1810-11-26: "Sandford Graham (1788—1852), whom Byron had known at Trinity College, was one of the English travellers in Athens during the winter of 1810-11. He was in Byron’s party on the visit to Sounion described in this letter. Graham was later a member of Parliament and a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries."
